Zulubet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Accounts are typically closed for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms.
• Suspected fraud or dishonest activity.
• Failure to submit requested verification documents.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Where a valid balance exists, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw funds before the account is closed — except in cases involving fraud.
